This website is operated by SkullMayhem Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SkullMayhem Ltd . SkullMayhem Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
These terms & conditions set out the terms between you the customer and us the website owner. Your use of this website and any service contained within constitutes acceptance of these terms & conditions in full, All Rights Reserved.
You should not use this website if you do not accept with these terms & conditions in full.
A full refund will be provided to any goods returned to our warehouse, unopened and unused in their original packaging with all swing tags and within 30 days.
All shipping expenses including returns are at the customers expence.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase, you must contact us immediately if you have a concern with your purchase. If you have purchased the wrong size we are happy to exchange it for the correct size as long as you return your purchase with all the tags in the original packaging with no damage to the product.
We Do Not Refund Perfume Cologne cosmetics earrings or Lingerie garments masks or personal effects for Health & Safety reasons, unless faulty.
After 30 days we the company take no responsibility.
Clearance items: Ensure the item you have selected is right for you as these items are the end of the line, we will not be getting more stock. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON CLEARANCE ITEMS.
Our commitment to your privacy
We respect your right to privacy and your right to view and update the personal information we hold about you. We are committed to protecting your privacy when you visit our site or contact us in any way.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by independant credit card/payment companies, ie Paymate and Paypal.

- Administer your membership or Digital Pass access efficiently.
- Conduct market research surveys: if you opt-in to receive Conssurveys we will contact you by email to invite you to participate.
- Tell you about our new products, services and promotions: for example, if you are opted-in to email marketing communications we may email you to let you know about new content you may be interested in.
- Customise our marketing and advertising.
Changing your personal information
You have the right to view and change any personal information we hold about you at any time.
Consumer NZ members and Digital Pass holders can do this on consumer.org.nz by entering your email address and password and updating your My Consumer profile.

Comments and community contributions
When you submit a comment or review, your first name and last name initial e.g. Mary B, or your display name (if you have set one), is displayed with your comment. You can set up or change your display name in your My Consumer profile at any time.
We do not publicly display any other personal information in our community areas. We strongly advise that you do not post your email address, home address, phone number or other personal information as part of your community contributions.
Sometimes, we might want to use the messages you post on consumer.org.nz in our articles or marketing material. If so, we will endeavour to get your permission before copying or quoting your message.
Disclosing your personal information
We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. But we will share your personal information with trusted third parties that work on our behalf to distribute our email or print communications. We also share your personal information with trusted third parties in order to customise our marketing and advertising.

We sell aggregated survey results to third parties but the results do not contain any personally identifiable or personal information.

We will process your order within 1 business day once your payment has cleared. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery domestically, or approximately 10 days plus internationally, If your order is shipping from overseas under normal conditions. We can not take responsibility for delays outside of our control, Example: The recent Covid19 Lockdown Rules, or Natural Disasters, wars, delivery company going under.

Email Newsletters and Other Notices
It is our policy to send emails throughout the purchasing process and other Newsletter emails you elect to receive. In addition, we may send out promotional material to you promoting new or amended material on our site where we think that may be relevant to you. It is our policy to immediately remove any person from any mailing list upon the person’s request.
ALL PRODUCT PRICES are inclusive of importing tax and GST .
Events Outside Our Control
We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of god, war, civil disorder or industrial dispute.

we have a commitment to quality products and authenticity. We guarantee that all products in our store are original designer fragrances and that your information is 100% secure. We take pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value in perfume, cologne and related products. Refunds are not available for perfume.

Pricing for Wedding & Ball Gowns In Plus Sizing. Due to the extra material needed to make plus size dresses, and the added shipping charges for the extra weight and automatic $100 Surcharge Fee is added to ALL XXXL & XXXXL Dresses, as they are special order only listings based on us being able to get them made, The sizes we normal carry range from Size 8 To Size 16.
